NATAN ELKIN

Natan Elkin (Buenos Aires, 1954) graduated as a lawyer and attorney at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Buenos Aires (Argentina). He continued his studies at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) obtaining the title of Bachelor of European Law and Special Doctor of Law). During his studies, he was a teaching assistant in the Chairs of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences and researcher at the Center for European Studies at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium)

From 1986 until his retirement in 2016, Natan Elkin carried out his activity in the Department of International Labor Standards of the International Labor Office where he was responsible for the conventions and recommendations on employment policies and development of human resources), tripartite consultations and Indigenous villages.
